Starship Care provides high quality education for social workers and support with resources to improve their services.
Focus
This site focuses on developments, changes, and updates in healthcare initiatives and innovations. There will be a special focus on behavioral health but not exclusively so. Links to resources are provided for your convenience.
Another focus for this site is for Social Workers in Kentucky. The courses provided are approved for Continued Education requirements including Ethics for Re-licensure in KY and LCSW Supervision. Other courses will be included with the appropriate approval.

Bio
Hank Cecil is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Kentucky and a member of the National Association of Social Workers. He is also a member of the NASW Academy of Certified Social Workers. He has served in various roles with Kentucky Chapter as Purchase Branch Chair, Treasurer, and President. He has also served as Chair and co-chair of the Finance and Legislation Committees. He is currently serving on the Ethics committee.
Mr. Cecil is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Masters of Social Work degree (MSW), the Master of Science in Health Informatics from Northern Kentucky University; the Master of of Science in Information Systems from Murray State University and a candidate for the Master of Cybersecurity Management. Mr. Cecil has 20+ years in behavioral health including emergency services. He also has over 6 years experience with quality assurance.
